We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in North Sydney as an Marketing & Operations Assistant. This role involves a diverse array of tasks including managing daily operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless workflow within the department. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong interest in the property sector.
About the role
Provide full administrative support and assistance team as required
Draft, review and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Management of marketing campaigns including ordering of services and coordination of general marketing initiatives
Organise meetings and aid with the organisation of both team and client functions
Maintain the team’s calendars and ensure awareness of daily/weekly movements and aid when necessary
Update case studies, team bios, client testimonials and other marketing-related tasks as required
About you
Demonstrated experience in a similar role. Previous experience in property is highly beneficial but not essential
Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders
Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting
Experience in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
