We have been highly successful in securing several exciting major commissions, and are looking to grow our team with an Marketing & Social Media Coordinator for our Architectural practice.
A crucial role that will enable the evolution of the business by establishing the digital marketing plan that will drive the business forward by creating a more up to date online presence on socials and our website as well as media kits and award submissions. This will in turn enable Become to have a further reach in what we do and who we are as well as act as a testimonial to the work we are doing. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our online presence, enhancing brand visibility, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Role + Responsibilities.
The primary role is establishing and implementing a digital marketing plan for Become. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the following:
- Social Media platforms
- Website back ends
- Stakeholder management
- Marketing trends
Key responsibilities and demonstrable experience in the following:
Marketing
- Establish digital marketing plan
- Identify and suggest best opportunities to grow the brand and audience engagement
- Media and PR outreach
- Organising media kits for new projects
- Putting together newsletters
- Awards submissions
- Panels and tenders
- researching and organising Conference participation
Website
- Maintaining a current and visually appealing website that reflects our brand
- Uploading new content/projects to the website
Social Media
- Develop Social Media content across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn:
- Scheduling and posting weekly social posts
- plan/publish/monitor communications across Social Media
- driving our Social Media audience
- Staying up to date on Social Media trends
- Identifying and suggest opportunities to grow our brand and Social Media audience and presence
Stakeholder Management
- Work with graphic designers to ensure on brand creative is delivered for the business.
- Coordinating with copywriters, photographers, 3d visualisation and web designer
About You.
- A passion to communicate and engage
- Experience in digital marketing/communications
- Knowledge of website and Social Media platforms
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite (InDesign & Photoshop)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- High attention to detail, organised and reliable
- Demonstrated initiative, adaptable and interested in expanding and learning new skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Lastly, but hugely importantly, a sense of humour, pride in what we do, but zero ego.
