Your duties will include:
- Developing and managing creative aspects of all Social Media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn;
- Lead and execute the creation of compelling marketing content and implement across all channels;
- Researching, developing and executing on-brand & on-trend content for all social and digital platforms;
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth and support business objectives;
- Remaining abreast of current Social Media trends to create new, fun and bold ideas to elevate brand awareness and drive business growth;
- Creating and execute all Social Media content including writing, sourcing visual content (image and video) and Social Media graphics;
- Writing and designing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions;
- Maintaining high engagement levels by engaging with our community through posts and direct messages and identifying any new leads for our sales team;
- Monitoring the performance of all Social Media accounts and campaigns;
- Analysing data and alter activity to optimise results;
- Assisting with paid advertising campaigns when necessary;
- Assisting with generating business opportunities;
- Organising and preparing marketing material; and
- Property marketing and agent marketing.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Industry experience in the Real Estate landscape is advantageous but not essential;
- Previous experience in marketing, Social Media management and digital content creation;
- Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape and using all major Social Media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, LinkedIn etc;
- Proficiency in design and editing programs such as Canva Pro and Adobe Creative Suite;
- Experience in writing and structuring content for digital Marketing & Social channels that drive business growth;
- High level of communication skills;
- Ability to work to budgets and financial objectives;
- A demonstrable analytical mind with a meticulous attention to detail;
- The ability to work effectively within a team;
- Exceptional copywriting skills;
- Demonstrated time management and prioritisation capabilities whilst remaining calm under pressure;
- The ability to work with all levels of stakeholders;
- A passion for analysing data and altering campaigns to maximise results;
- An enthusiastic approach to Social Media marketing; and
- A self-motivated, “can do” attitude.
