Tasks & responsibilities
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote financial products and services in line with business objectives and sales goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the financial services industry.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including online marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive customer acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and analytics to optimize results and ROI.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Create engaging and effective content across appropriate channels to effectively convey financial products and services to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and finance to continually improve strategies and tactics.
- Allocate internal and external resources necessary to launch marketing programs, within time and budget constraints.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaigns KPIs on a regular basis, also provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & experience
- Junior college diploma or above in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with experience in advertising management preferred
- Basic knowledge of the financial industry and financial products
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
