An Australian owned logistics company with a presence across Brisbane and Sydney has created a new role and is looking to bring on an Office Manager.
They provide full-service 3PL and 4PL solutions for a wide range of customers for the fastest growing and most dynamic industries in Australia. Their services include storage, pick-pack fulfilment, cross-docking and staging, export-storage accreditation, transport… the list goes on!
As a company they prioritise the service, relationships and accountability. They have a great reputation within the market despite having fierce competition from overseas competitors.
About the Role
Located in Yatala, a full time Office Administration Manager position, Monday to Friday, no weekends. Duties will include:
- Managing 2 other staff members in the administration team
- Overseeing all office responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Transport
- Stocktakes
- Pallet Control
- Invoicing
About You
- A great attitude and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ideally have a background in warehousing and logistics
- Excellent working as part of a team, previous managerial experience desirable but not essential
