🚀 The Role:Our team is growing, and Aged Care Decisions is seeking a part-timeMarketing Specialist to join our marketing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our Social Media - organic and paid - across Facebook and Instagram. In addition, the candidate will work on SEO and support the marketing team with other initiatives.
Your goal is to connect with as many Australian families as possible to help them navigate their home care and aged care journey. We love connecting families with a care provider they will love.
The successful candidate will join our Lead Generation team in our central Southport office. We offer flexible working hours arrangements.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Manage and optimise our organic social media presence and our paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, optimise landing pages, and perform continuous A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Manage and optimise the website to improve search ranking results and increase organic leads and improve user experience.
- Optimise website content, speed, meta tags, internal linking and other on-page elements to improve search visibility, speed, and user experience.
- Collaborate with our content creator and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website user experience.
- Report results and share insights. You will make data driven decisions to improve performance.
- Proven experience managing large advertising budgets.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns and working on SEO in an agency.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Meta Ads and Facebook Business suite
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Semrush.
- Self-motivated and proactive problem solver, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional English skills.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience with Canva.
- Fast learner, reliable and ethical
- A confident and proactive self-starter
