You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising our loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of loyalty marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Develop and manage loyalty programs (B2B & B2C) to ensure consistent program engagement and retention.
- Customer Engagement: Design and implement campaigns focusing on customer loyalty ensuring personalised experiences, analysing customer feedback and liaising with customers for general enquiries regarding the programs.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking and analysing program performance via regular reporting to identify program effectiveness, areas for improvement and optimisation tactics.
- Innovation & Optimisation: Keeping up with industry trends and continuously seeking out new tactics to innovate and improve the loyalty programs.
- Supplier Engagement: Sourcing new suppliers for the program and being the point of contact for existing suppliers & customers.
- Stock & Product Management: Sourcing new stock for the program and working with internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability in each state.
- Collaboration: Working closely with internal cross-functional teams and collaborating with external stakeholders.
About You:
- 3-5 experience in loyalty marketing or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field will be highly regarded.
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
