I am looking for a marketer to work closely with me to develop the best marketing campaigns and content. I’m looking for someone to work with me on big, fun projects and the day-to-day BAU tasks.

Decor Systems is Australia’s leading architectural acoustic walling and ceiling product supplier. We work with architects, interior designers, and builders to produce cutting-edge designs. Our products gracing the walls of buildings across the country include the Sydney Theatre Company, The Playhouse Theatre in Canberra, the University of Queensland, and Capital Square in Perth.
We work with Australia’s leading architecture and building firms on commercial projects in health, education, commercial, and pretty much everything in between!

About you
You’ll exude a genuine passion for marketing and design, crafting compelling content tailored to our discerning, design-savvy audience. You'll thrive in our dynamic environment as an A-Player, bursting with energy and innovative ideas. Your collaborative spirit will shine as you work closely with our sales and operations teams, collectively striving to produce outstanding marketing content and materials that firmly establish Decor Systems as the authority in the architectural acoustic realm.
If you possess graphic design skills, your application will catch our attention. While a year or two of marketing experience is preferred, the nature of your previous roles is secondary – we’re eager to chat with you regardless!
About the role
Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Create, develop, and execute a content marketing calendar with a strong SEO focus.
- Social Media
- Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram to increase audience and engagement.
- Website Maintenance
- Maintain the website and implement ongoing development to enhance user experience.
- Email Marketing
- Develop and implement email marketing strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, including database segmentation, performance reporting, and insights for improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Generate reports on website and marketing activity performance, utilising analytics to inform marketing strategies and improvements.
Traditional Marketing
- Sales Enablement
- Provide sales team with support materials such as presentations, brochures, and branded collateral to help meet and exceed targets.
- Event Coordination
- Coordinate logistics for trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events, including managing stands and associated paraphernalia.
- Project Photography
- Coordinate photography for projects to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Administrative Support
- Stay informed on industry trends and marketing campaigns, assist with market research, and support sales teams and management with ad hoc requests.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Graphic design skills are favoured but not necessary.
- Extremely organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with the national sales team.
- Digital native with the ability to adopt new technologies easily.
- SalesForce experience is favoured but not necessary.
