Marketing Specialist

About the role:

Aviation Australia is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brisbane on a full-time basis.  In this role you will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows and strategies to support Aviation Australia’s daily business operations from marketing to sales activities.  This role will work closely with the business to understand the processes in place, from both a B2B and B2C perspective and align the marketing strategy and processes accordingly.

Is this role for you? Our ideal candidate will have the following:

• Expertise in developing and implementing a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, drives sales and enhances the overall customer experience.
• Ability to mentor and oversee the day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.
• Proven ability to develop and plan various omnichannel campaigns in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting market research and providing input into various marketing and communications activities, reflecting contemporary knowledge of marketing trends, tools and/or strategies.
• Adeptness in creating engaging and creative content for a range of marketing mediums including social media platforms, AA’s website, intranet and marketing collateral. 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Well-developed problem-solving skills and strong organisation skills to enable working with competing demands.
