- $532.80 per day / $480 per day + Superannuation
- Hybrid / 2 days in the office, Thursday plus Tuesday or Wednesday.
Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Marketing Support Officer to join their team.
The role assists in the development and execution of end to end marketing and communication campaigns that promote the Department's initiatives and programs that build long lasting, ever present relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with research and preparation of written copy and design of advertising and communication materials for campaigns against agreed scopes.
- Assist with the development, quality reviews and execution of end to end campaigns and communications in accordance with brand guidelines, approval channels, protocols and marketing briefs.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing and communications programs which align to the department's priorities and objectives.
- Assist with contract coordination including the timely raising of purchase orders and processing of invoices, ensuring that meeting minutes accurately reflect actions and decisions, and reports accurately assess and review effectiveness of campaigns using agreed campaign measurement processes.
Undertake records management relating to project documentation, tracking of measures and proposals or other related administrative activities as directed.
Selection Criteria:
- Experience in assisting in the development and execution of end to end marketing and communication campaigns.
- NSW Government experience is desirable.
