The Role:
As the Team Assistant, you will provide quality, effective and timely administration support, team co-ordination and event management to the General Manager and team. The team coordinator should oversee the coordination of some small scale projects as well as improve process with the team and manage deadlines. This is a job share position.
Duties:
- Data Entry
- Travel coordination
- Managing contracts
- New starter induction plans and scheduling meetings for them
- Compose correspondence, draft letters, memos, presentations, and reporting
- Manage small scale projects
- Assist with the improvement of the team’s culture and develop ideas on how to bring the team together throughout times of the year, and manage these events
- Expense claims and credit card reconciliations
- Work with Market reporting team as required for scheduling
- Assist with processing of invoices, purchase orders and signing of contracts for Senior Leaders and managers.
- Assist to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Inputting information into SAP
About You:
- Previous Team Assistant, Administration or Corporate Reception experience
- Solid MS Office Skills – Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
- Attention to detail
