About the role:
The Marketing & Community Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing & Community Supervisor to provide support to key stakeholders and aid the delivery of Adroit’s overall Marketing and Community strategy. They will take a "hands on" approach in supporting the full Marketing spectrum, from brand to lead generation and everything in between. As an industry leader we encourage innovation and embrace new ideas. Therefore, we are seeking a motivated self-starter with strong initiative and a bucket load of enthusiasm.
Duties:
Support delivery of Marketing and Community strategy with duties such as:
- Content creation across all channels to enhance the Adroit brand and drive leads into the business
- Support campaign delivery from concept to execution with a focus on lead generation
- Develop and produce marketing collateral for our Branch network, events, and sponsorships
- Support online marketing activity across all channels
- Develop and execute internal and external communications
- Work closely with Adroit's external agencies to deliver on objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and Community organisations
- Support and Coordinate where necessary Adroit's community events and sponsorships
- Support internal projects where Marketing and Community is involved
- Maintain company Intranet
- General administration
Desired skills, experience & qualifications:
- Generalist marketing professional with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, from any industry
- Sound understanding of the principals of contemporary marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player with a keen eye for detail
- Strong in time management and multitasking skills
- Work well under pressure and able to manage conflicting deadlines
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Online Tools, Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator), Campaign Monitor, WordPress desirable
- A tertiary qualification in marketing and/or communications is desirable, but work experience is also held in high regard
