CBN is part of Australasia’s largest general insurance broker network, the Steadfast Group.
CBN employs around 70 employees to lead and support the network. Our team is located across Australia with hubs in Melbourne and Perth. This team provides support to over 300 AB’s who collectively employ over 900 people in both regional and metro locations with gross sales in excess of $1bn.

Purpose of the role
Capture brand storytelling and engagement through development and execution of strategic, clear and effective communications to specified target audiences.
Responsibilities
Coordinate preparation and delivery of high-quality marketing collateral and stakeholder communications (both copy and design) including print, electronic and digital assets.
Work with SMEs to create and implement communication strategies for Go to Market Plans
Resources and tools to support marketing and business development for Authorised Brokers
Content management of the website and broker portal
Creation of company newsletters and email campaigns using Active Campaign.
Support delivery of internal and external communications with accurate and well written communications ensuring alignment to organisational objectives, strategies and priorities.
Coordinate regular Network NPS Surveys as directed, to monitor and benchmark outcomes, and preparing reports that assist to drive initiatives across the organisation to deliver improved projects, programs and strategies.

Required Skills & Abilities
Essential
Minimum 2 year in marketing support role
Managing diverse stakeholder relationships
Experience managing social media and website
Preparation of internal and client communications
Professional Services Industry experience
Desirable
Relevant tertiary qualification
Insurance Industry experience
