Your new role
As the Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in the organisation, overseeing product technology, guiding developers and DevOps engineers, and ensuring successful software execution. Your expertise will drive innovation and quality solutions for citizens, collaborating across teams and shaping product strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification
10 years of proven experience in software development, including configuration
Strong knowledge in software architecture, design patterns and best practices
Experience in developing and managing coding standards, and ensuring they are applied so the team work efficiently and at a high quality
Experience in managing the tools and frameworks used by the team and continuous improvement
Experience in managing code re-use effectiveness
Proficiency in a range of programming languages and technologies
Frontend: Typescript, React, Piral (Micro-frontend)
Backend: Node JS, Microservices, .Net
DevOps: GitHub, Azure / Azure DevOps, Pulumi, NX
Mobile: Xamarin, Android, iOS
