The Role

Grand Hyatt Melbourne is currently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Clerk to join our busy Materials team.

Key duties of the role include:

·        

• Timely processing of invoices

·         Controlling par levels of stock

·         Investigation of month end variances in stock

·         Controlling of the receiving of deliveries

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail

·         A keen interest in Finance or Accounting

·         Unrestricted Australian working rights
