We are seeking a motivated and experienced Meat Sales Representative to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Meat Sales, with a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Meat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining a stable base of existing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support
- Purchasing meat from suppliers, whilst staying within the budgets allocated
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of orders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify and prospect new customers, including restaurants, hotels, and retailers
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Meat Sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the meat industry, including cuts, grades, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
