- Conduct equipment improvement assessments & plant optimisation programs
- Design, implement & manage equipment modifications or replacement
- Support manufacturing teams to improve productivity & quality
- Manage projects from inception to completion including cost benefit analysis, component sourcing and Capital Expenditure works
- Ensure equipment designs and processes comply with relevant standards, regulations and policies
- Develop Technical Instruction documents & minor engineering changes including quality & safety requirements
- Undertake engineering analysis & investigations related to asset performance & optimisation, maintenance & defect repairs and obsolescence
- Establishing work measurement programs and analysing work samples to develop standards for labour utilisation.
- Based on the engineering principles and safety regulations, establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing and etc.
- Hands on work when required to rebuild and maintain machinery.
- Work with external contractors to service machines.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification
- You must be Australian Citizen/Permanent resident or have proper working rights in Australia
- Ateast 2 years’ experience required
- Available to work afternoons
