What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
- Routinely review and monitor site asset and system performance data and issues
- Analyse issues and trends and develop improvement strategies, plans and budgets
- Ensure all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are identified and complied in the delivery of site services
- Provide asset management and engineering support to the site team by being involved in solving problems, building technical capability, and fostering teamwork.
- Assist the Maintenance Superintendent with development of the annual asset management and engineering budget
- Revise and update the Asset Management Plan accordingly and integrate with the life cycle plan.
- Drive and maintain a positive HSE culture at the workplace.
- Engineering risk management
- Outage scoping, planning and coordination
- Performance management and systems improvement policies
- Demonstrable knowledge and commitment to site HSE legislation and duty of care
- Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build/maintain working relationships based on respect and trust
- Turbine and pressure parts experience preferred
- Power Industry Statutory Regulations and Environment legislation
