The role leads discipline activities on projects and integrates across all disciplines on design and project teams. The Opportunity

  • Assist in collaborating with architects and engineers to integrate mechanical design into buildings, new and old;
  • Support project teams in visualizing and refining design concepts, and contribute to the development of 3D representations using modelling software and tools.
  • Contribute to conducting load calculations and energy modelling;
  • Ensure initial compliance with mechanical codes and sustainability standards. Assist in preparing mechanical design drawings, basic specifications, and submittals;
  • Review installations on site and undertake witnessing activities when called upon;

Is this role right for you?
  • Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • Relevant Building Services design experience within a consulting business environment;
  • Proficiency in design and documentation activities, Revit and IES experience an advantage;
  • Relevant experience in a variety of industry sectors;
  • Ability to communicate clearly and adapt interpersonal style to connect with diverse stakeholders, fostering open dialogue and collaboration;
