The work

Joining as newest member of our new Workshop Engineering Team in Rydalmere, you have a chance to grow your career with this dynamic business. 

You will get the opportunity to grow and expand your skillset as you work alongside other team members.  The work will involve things like:

This will involve:

• A full range of mechanical fitting and hydraulic duties on a wide range of equipment.
• Installation of ancillary equipment associated with installations.
• Designing, fabricating and installing subframes.
• Installation of new Palfinger Vehicle Loading Cranes onto customer vehicles to TES and Australian Standards.
• Applying your diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborating to share knowledge, skills and technical advice.

Right fit for you?

These positions are ideally suited to experienced and qualified Mechanical Fitters who have experience working with hydraulics.

Additional Selection Criteria includes:

• Basic understanding of transport equipment, ie cranes, tippers, tail lifts; 
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring; 
• Welding/Fabrication would be advantageous; and,
• Strong attention to detail and a ‘quality workmanship’ mindset.
