ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're seeking a Mechanical Supervisor who identifies as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander to be part of our mechanical services team within Bundara West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a First Nation Australian crew providing mechanical services specialising in roller change out, hard skirt change out and screen medica change out. Key responsibilities for the position include:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical team.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with other departments to schedule equipment maintenance and repairs without disrupting mining operations.
- Mentor and develop the team through our structured training program.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.

- Trade background (Relevant qualifications)
