We have several major projects and maintenance programs at ramp-up across the Goldfields, so we’re seeking out Kalgoorlie locals interested in joining us for the next stage of the journey.
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor with either a Mechanical or SMP background to join our team based locally in Kalgoorlie, WA on primarily a Monday – Friday roster. This role is opened for local Goldfields residents only.

What you will bring
Mechanical trade certificate and licenses
Previous supervisory experience in the mining industry
Experience working on a variety of projects and maintenance/ shutdown works
Ability to demonstrate planning and organisation skills with the capability to work effectively under pressure
Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver a message effectively
Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
A proactive and motivated approach while maintaining the ability to work under pressure

- Enter and Work in Confined Space training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian Driver’s License
- Proof of right to work in Australia
