This role is part of the Medical Workforce Unit and works with the Medical Education Unit Team in the provision of an education program for junior doctor training positions, ensuring supervision, support and remediation is provided to all junior doctors in line with the provision of the Australian Medical Council (AMC) Framework and Post Graduate Medical Council of Victoria (PMCV) Accreditation.
The Medical Education Administrator assists the Medical Education Officer (MEO), Director Medical Workforce Unit (DMWU), Deputy Chief Medical Officer (DCMO) Director of Clinical Training (DCT) and Supervisor of Intern Training (SIT) in planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating education, training and orientation for junior medical staff.
We are looking for a highly organized individual, with a flexible work ethic and high attention to detail. If you possess an exceptional sense of customer service as well as the ability to schedule and manage tight timeframes, you will be rewarded with variety in your role.
This stimulating position requires a pro-active, highly organised and responsible person with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills are required for word processing, database maintenance and spreadsheet responsibilities.

The Team
The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff and volunteers working at Bendigo Health through a range of services including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also report into this division, providing seamless service for staff from on-boarding and contract development to applying contracts and ensuring staff get the right remuneration.
