We currently have multiple positions available due to the expansion of our digital platform as well as the need to increase the team due to high demand and a new location. Full-time, permanent applicants are preferred however Part-time permanent applicants are also welcome.
The Roles
Together with our technical staff, these roles are critical in delivering excellent service to our patients and referring doctors. Both an inbound / outbound Contact Agents and Digital booking / communication teams are required to handle calls and communication for our 10 locations. You will be working alongside a large team with constant support and in-depth training will be provided.
Desirable candidates will have a background within a customer service/Contact Centre arena and enjoy working in a thriving and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls from patients and doctors.
- Booking/Rescheduling patient appointments either via phone or digital platforms.
- Accurate management of patient databases.
- Provide up-to-date billing and preparation information to patients and doctors.
- Provide general administrative support to other staff (including medical staff).
- Providing support for patient / referrer image access
- Any other customer support requirements
In order to succeed in this job, you will need to be an enthusiastic person with the following characteristics:
- Radiology administration experience is highly regarded.
- High-volume Contact Centre experience is preferred but not essential.
- Previous chat agent experience is preferred but not essential.
- Have an engaging, welcoming, friendly and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work with high attention to detail.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
