Reporting into the Head of Medical Strategy, your responsibilities will include:
- developing and executing medical strategy across Australia
- managing the Rare Disease medical Opex budget
- building and maintaining relationships with KOL's, HCP's and patient organisations
- leadership and ongoing management of PSP's and PFP's
- reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotional material
- driving the planning and execution of symposium's, speaker training, and advisory boards
- collaboration with, supporting and influencing your ANZ cross-functional teams
The successful candidate will have:
- PhD, Pharmacy or Public Health qualifications
- proven track record in a strategic medical affairs role (e.g. Medical Manager, Medical Advisor ect.)
- pre-launch experience highly regarded
- strong presentation and relationship building skills
- excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidates with a background in Rare disease or Neurology will be highly regarded however this is not essential. What is more important is you enjoy working with a dynamic and collaborative team in a hands-on role where your experience and expertise will play a large contribution to the wider business.
