Key duties of the role will include:
• Overseeing daily operations and administrative tasks of the Medical Practice.
• Maintaining full accreditation to RACGP standards including policies, procedures and HR/WHS documentation up to date, leading to, during and post accreditation process.
• Ensuring staffing members meet the requirements to support patients and health professionals.
• Promoting clinic services via website and social media, providing additional opportunities to connect and share news about our practice with potential and current patients. Proactively looking for opportunities to increase patient engagement.
• Implementing strategic goals set by the practice director.
• Managing financial aspects, including payroll, budgeting and billing processes.
• Liaising with MEDICARE regarding provider number applications for IMGs. Engaging, leading and recruiting the team of employees.
• Organising roster, allocating human resources, space and appropriate on-site medical equipment for doctors and nurses.
• Coordinating and liaising with training organisations responsible for medical student and registrar training so training doctors are integrated with practice environments.
• Planning, managing and maintaining IT Systems, liaising with IT professionals.
• Overseeing the provision of accurate and timely financial dada.
• Fostering an organisational culture that always maintains a supportive behaviour in the workplace.
• Handling feedback complaints from the patients.
• Driving process improvements to enhance overall practice efficiency.
