Form of work4 days, 7.30am-5pm Busy and reputable private practice We have a great full-time position for an experienced medical secretary where you can use your experience within a professional environment. In this role your responsibilities will include: Scheduling appointments Meeting and greeting patients Efficient record keeping Effectively managing the reception workflow Managing your secretarial workload efficiently Providing a high level of administrative support Assist with the cleanliness of the practice Follow up and manage pathology/ imaging results To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are required: Experience using Clinic to cloud or Gentu software program would be advantageous Strong understanding of medical terminology High attention to detail 2 years’ experience within a busy Medical Reception role would be ideal.
