Ethos Clinic is a specialist clinic located in the suburb of Mount pleasant. We provide Psychiatry and Psychology Consultations.
We are looking for a warm, companionate and motivated person to join our team to assist and support with the day-to-day day operations of our clinic.
Rostered Hours:
Tuesday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Wednesday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally
- Manage telephone inquiries efficiently
- Schedule and follow up on appointments diligently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas
- Process Medicare billings and payments accurately
- Handle administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, and mailing
- Monitor and replenish stationery and office supplies as needed
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to policies and procedures, reporting necessary changes
- Assist with day-to-day banking and financial record maintenance

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and empathy in dealing with patients
- Organized with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Collaborative team player
- Motivated to learn new skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Access to reliable transportation
- Familiarity with Gentu and Xero preferred
- Previous experience is desirable
- Current COVID-19 vaccination evidence
