AddressEllenbrook Medical Centre and Total Health Ellenbrook family practice are running with well qualified GPs and royal patients and staff. Our team is committed, passionate and always goes beyond the call of duty. We are looking for a dedicated person to service and support our Practice by providing exceptional service.
Rostered Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30pm
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 to 1:00 pm
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Attending to telephone and enquires
- Scheduling and following up appointments in Best Practice software
- Maintaining a clean reception and waiting area
- Processing Medicare Billings and Payments
- Allied Health bookings and payments
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies to maintain a working supply at all times
- Maintaining information confidentiality at all times
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
- Day-to-day banking, maintaining practice financial records and reconciling
The successful applicant will:
- Be friendly, enthusiastic and patient-focused in their approach as the face of the medical centre
- Be organised
- Be computer-literate
- Possess great attention to detail
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure the smooth running of the practice
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Have access to their own reliable transport
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Experience in a General Practice setting is essential
- Undergoing any mandatory training as set out by employer
