About the role:
We are looking for someone who has a high regard for quality patient care.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Providing high quality reception services to the patients, doctors, and staff
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Scheduling appointments for patients
- General office and administrative duties
- Other administration tasks as required day to day.
About you:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience (an advantage)
- Ability to multitask
- The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Experience using Best Practice software (an advantage)
- Attention to detail
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
