About the roleWe are seeking a reliable individual to join our north of the river Medical Receptionist Reliever team. This position is based at our Subiaco branch providing relief to all SKG branches located north of the river. When you are not required to provide relief, you will work at our hospital Subiaco branch meaning that you are guaranteed your contracted full time hours.As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital.
