Medical Receptionist (8 Hrs / Week)

Due to growth, a rare opportunity has presented to join Kingsley Medical on a part-time basis. You will have previous front-line experience within the medical arena. Experience using 'Best Practice' will be highly regarded.
 
Based in Kingsley in our very modern practice with all the best amenities and equipment, you will be working to support a team of dynamic and dedicated health care professionals'. 

The initial working hours on offer are Tuesday & Thursday 1pm - 5pm with the potential to work a full day on a Tuesday.

We require a team player who is flexible to cover annual leave and sick leave. The practice operates 7am to 6.30pm Mondy to Friday and Saturday's 7am - 1pm.

To be a top performer in this role you will need to be mature-minded, forward thinking, attentive and can juggle multiple tasks whilst excelling in presenting a professional image to the practice.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• System bookings management.
• Patient enquiries & account handling.
• Taking payments: Private billing & bulk Services.
• General Administrative duties to support the team.

To be successful for this position you will have:

• Previous experience within a medical practice.
• Knowledge of Best Practice or similar programs such as Medical Director or Genie.
• Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Word.
• Strong attention to detail.
• The ability to seek guidance when required.
• A friendly, professional disposition and presentation.
• Be available on occasion to work additional hours to cover annual/sick leave.
