AddressFremantle Women's Health Centre is a not-for-profit organisation offering specialised, low-cost healthcare to women. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administration support and customer service.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Greeting clients and answering phones in a professional, empathetic and courteous manner
- Processing of Medicare claims and reconciliation of daily banking
- Strong proficiency in document scanning processes
- Generating invoices and receiving payments
- Handling daily mail, incoming and outgoing
- Maintaining appointment bookings for doctors, nurses and counsellors
- Data entry for funding reports
- Assisting with the website and social media management
Our ideal candidate:
- Previous Medical Receptionist experience
- Understand Medicare Item numbers and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understand the management of client complaints, confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to function well in a team environment and enjoy connecting and building relationships
- Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Experience using Medtech Evolution or other practice management software
