Form of workWe are seeking an experienced part-time casual Medical Receptionist with good organisational skills to join our practice only 20 mins south of the CBD at Bibra Lake.
This is a friendly fast paced work environment where you will need to be able to cope under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and greet patients, telephone and appointment management
- Billing with experience in Medicare, DVA and Concessional Cards
- General receptionist duties and liaising with Radiologists, Radiographers and Sonographers
Essential Skills Required:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a medical centre or similar
- Familiar with all MS Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Ability to problem solve and prioritise urgent work
- Have good people skills and have a positive attitude
- Audio typing of radiology reports advantageous but not essential
Part-time and job share applicant will be considered. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and Saturdays 8.30am-12.00pm
