SalaryCasual Medical Receptionist required for busy private practice.
Training provided. Successful applicant can expect three to four full days of work per week, from 8:15am to 5pm, with an initial probation period of three months.
Medical audio typing, with medical terminology an advantage but not essential. Typing speed 60wpm+ preferred.
Good time management and ability to multitask is essential.
Duties include scheduling appointments via PowerDiary software, answering phone calls, attend to all incoming correspondence via email, fax and mail, filing, scanning, medical letter and medico-legal typing, taking payments, balancing end of day and general administration duties.
The successful applicant must be adaptable, and able to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills.
