The Role
- Provide a telephone and personal reception service for clients accessing the Sexual Health service (SHS).
- Provide efficient reception and clerical support within SHS in accordance with the established procedures and guidelines.
- The position requires a high standard of client focused reception skills and involves a wide range of clerical functions to support the clinic-based staff as well as administrative and clerical support to Sexual Health Service staff and external service providers.
- Provide a customer service facility ensuring prompt, sensitive and confidential handling of enquiries from the public.
Provide a wide range of reception and clerical functions to support all staff and external service providers at Sexual Health Services. This includes:
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when performing receptionist and clerical duties at all times.
- Assisting with the flow of information to and from the office of SHS.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, part time day worker position working 30.4 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant
- Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary
$64,125 - $68,925 pro rata per annum + our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
