Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist with excellent communication skills, a friendly, compassionate and professional disposition with an emphasis on customer service. Having exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi task, work independently or with our friendly team in a busy work environment is essential.  

Job tasks and responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients.
• Attending to patients face to face, over the telephone and by emails.
• Responding to all correspondence through faxes, emails and by phone.
• Data entry and experience with accounts both payable and receivable 
• Making Patient claims to Medicare.
• General Medical administration duties.
• High level of computer proficiency with attention to detail and accuracy in office, email, and Medical Director Software knowledge would be an advantage.
