AddressAscot Dermatology is a boutique specialist medical practice based in the inner-north Brisbane suburb of Ascot that provides dermatological care with state-of-the-art medical, surgical, cosmetic, UVB, and laser facilities to paediatric and adult patients.
We are looking for a junior receptionist to join our dynamic team on a casual basis to assist with the daily tasks of our increasingly busy reception area.
Our ideal candidate must:
- Have strong computer literacy and be confident learning new medical software.
- Be self-motivated and show initiative to learn about our services and products to confidently discuss with patients and respond to enquiries.
- Possess excellent communication skills, and friendly persona.
- Have the ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and work at a fast pace in a team environment.
- Be available to work on Saturdays and at least 1-2 other days during the week.
General reception duties will include answering incoming phone calls, responding to emails, arranging and confirming various types of appointments/procedures/treatments, and processing Medicare, DVA, and private billing.
Experience in a specialist medical practice and/or Dermatology highly regarded but not essential.
