We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist/Secretary to join our busy general practice based in Nedlands
Duties include handling patient enquiries, appointment requests, booking appointments, and general administrative duties.
You will have professional and friendly interpersonal skills, be reliable, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, computer skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Previous experience processing payments and Medicare rebates is preferable.
The position is part time and the days of work are flexible. Sick and annual leave cover will also be required.
Hourly rate negotiable, depending on experience.
