Medical Receptionist

The Injury Centre is an expert, multi-disciplinary service providing both urgent and follow-up care for patients with musculoskeletal injuries such as fractures, sprains and strains. We provide an urgent access alternative to an Emergency Department visit and ongoing specialist follow-up in our in-house Fracture Clinic and Hand Clinics. All of our clinics have on-site radiology to expedite patient treatment and operate Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm.

The Injury Centre has been operating since 2018, starting with a single practice and has now expanded to two practice locations in Sydney. Due to a growing demand for our service and our plans to expand to other locations in Sydney, we are looking to grow our team of professional administration staff. We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to work in collaboration with our Practice Manager and our team of Medical Receptionists.

The successful Medical Receptionist will be:

proactive, self-motivated and outcome focused

able to demonstrate experience in a previous Medical Receptionist role

able to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues

experienced in problem solving and demonstrate excellent communication skills

patient focused and able to multi-task

prepared to work across all of our clinics, currently Blacktown & Narellan and have a valid Driver Licence and vehicle

The Injury Centre will provide the successful applicant with:

Permanent Full-Time (Part-Time will be considered) Employment

An Accumulated Day-off once per month

Competitive salary up to $70,000 per annum (plus superannuation), depending on experience
