Our Lumus Imaging team at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital in Chermside are on the lookout for a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients. As the first point of contact for our both in person and phone calls our reception team work together to ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for patients and practitioners.
This is a permanent full time role, working shifts across open hours of 7.00am to 10.30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts from 7.00am – 3.30pm. Penalty rates are offered for late finishes and Saturdays.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
Make radiology exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
