Lumus Imaging is growing, we are preparing for a brand new clinic to open on Bribie Island!
To support our growth we are hiring multiple Medical Receptionists to join our team.
Lumus Imaging provides a wide range of radiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s and Ultrasounds. As the first point of contact for our patients and providers, our reception team takes pride in providing the best service and care to the people we work with.
We are hiring both a Full Time Permanent and multiple Casual roles to join our new clinic. You will be able to indicate your preference and availability in your application.
Please note there may also be coverage required at nearby clinics to support for patient volumes, annual and sick leave.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:
- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
