We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, hardworking and professional Medical Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our team in our well-established Ophthalmology practice in North Adelaide. This is a Full Time, fast paced predominantly medical reception position with scope of an administration component.
Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
Extensive training will be provided, as well as Professional Development opportunities.
Key responsibilities include :
- Front desk reception
- PA to one of our Ophthalmologists
- Management of Patient billings
- Varied administrative duties
The successful candidate will have :

- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- An empathetic, calm and professional nature
