SalaryWe present an exciting, full time opportunity to a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic Plastic Surgery Practice located primarily in Essendon. The experienced plastic surgeons and staff perform all plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast and weight loss surgery, injectable and dermal treatments.
The position involves the dual roles of approximately 50% medical reception with related administration and 50% business management/development including Personal Assistant role to the plastic surgeons.
Driven, experienced candidates with competence in specialist surgical practice administration who wish to develop their business management skills will be suited to the role. Superb attention to detail, personal grooming, excellent communication skills, team building attributes and a collegiate manner are essential.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in all aspects of surgical practice administration including confidence in a front facing reception role, ability to answer a high volume of telephone calls and excellent customer service.
Qualifications such as the Diploma III in business medical administration and/or practice management, nursing or dermal/beauty therapy will be considered favourably. Previous experience with the use of clinic or practice software (including Genie) is essential.
The practice operates during routine business hours and provides on site parking for staff.
Whilst primarily based in Essendon, some travel to the Kew practice will be required so you will require access to a car and a valid Driver's License.
