Brecken Health Albany is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The position is part-time or casual with the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments
- Accurately process patient payments via cash, eftpos, and direct bill transactions
- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records
- Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre
Essentials:
- The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail when managing documentation, booking appointments and filing.
- We utilise a range of medical software which requires strong computer skills.
- You will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience in an accredited general practice
- Retail experience an advantage.
