Medical Receptionist (Cardiology Services) 2- 3 Days Per Week

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated medical secretary to join the team at our Bentleigh rooms.

Duties will include:

- Booking and confirming appointments

- Managing a high volume of calls

- Meet and greet patients

- Booking diagnostic tests (run in clinic)

- Taking payments

- General office related tasks

- Working individually and as a team

Prior medical or administration experience is essential. Our practice management software is with Clinic to Cloud and comprehensive training will be provided. This is an on-site role. 

Rates of pay are in accordance with the award and based on skills/ years of experience.
