Form of work Orange Square Medical Centre is a General Practice in the Kmart shopping centre.
We require a Medical Receptionist/Clerk.
Primary Responsibilities are:
Front desk administration, answering phones, making appointments, liaising with patients and their families, GPs, other health professionals and their staff in a compassionate manner.
Scanning and updating all patient-related correspondence and results.
All general reception, administrative and medical support duties as required.
Requirement: Must be a friendly point of contact between patients and the internal clinical team
Ability to work independently and as a team
Previous Medical experience (required). There will be training on the job.
