Orthopaedic Medical Receptionist - VBJS - Knox Private Hospital 

The team at Victorian Bone and Joint Specialists are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Medical Receptionist to join our vibrant and dynamic team. As a key player in our practice, you will have the opportunity to work alongside top specialists in the field and contribute to the exceptional care we provide to our patients.

You will be responsible for routine medical administration tasks as required, including;

-       running consulting sessions and patient appointments

-       patient data entry / Gentu 

-       billing/ surgical billing 

-       triaging appointments and referrals

-       managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

-       phone and email

-       Medical typing experience advantageous

It is important you are able to establish rapport with the surgeons as well as the patients and their families, a strong level of communication and time management / prioritisation is required.
