AddressWe have an excellent opportunity for a high performing Medical Receptionist to join a medical practice based in Epping on a Part Time basis - with full days Tuesday and Thursday (9am-5pm), with the possibility of half day on Saturdays.
On a day-to-day basis your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Handling patient enquiries
- Taking payments and liaising with various health providers and Medicare
- Booking patient appointments
- Database management
- Scanning and filing
- Providing a high level of Administrative support
- Opening and closing of the practice
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are required:
- Fast and accurate typing skills essential
- Experience using a medical software program would be advantageous - Best Practice or Medical Director preferable.
- Able to provide a premium customer service experience at all times
- Proven experience within a busy Medical Reception role would be ideal, although if you're a star in your current role, you will be considered
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong computer skills
- Initiative and high attention to detail
