Form of workSpectrum Medical Imaging is a privately owned and operated Diagnostic Imaging company currently seeking a Medical Receptionist who is enthusiastic and passionate to join our team in our Alexandria and Randwick practices.
The successful applicant will report to the Administration Officer and be responsible for producing high quality reception duties while also producing an empathetic and friendly service to all of our patients and referring practitioners.
Experience & Attributes:
- Previous radiology experience is desirable but not essential
- Previous medical experience is desirable but no essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- High attention to detail
This role is a 38 hours per week full time, permanent position working on the rotating roster Monday to Friday between 7:45 am - 5:30 pm.
On-site training and support will be provided.
